- Engineering Oversight: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, determine the key development pathways, manage the entire developmental cycle, and ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Financial Management: Oversee budget planning, financial forecasting, and performance reporting, ensure cost-effective operations and maximise profitability, and manage risks and opportunities to safeguard the company's financial health.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in a related field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering). An MBA or equivalent commercial qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy and engineering sector, with a significant portion in a senior commercial or operational role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale engineering projects and commercial operations.
- Strong understanding of the energy market, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple site operations.
