Job Title: Building Fabric Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Fabric Team Leader to join our team in the Exeter area. As a key member of our mobile engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality building fabric maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver building fabric maintenance services, including patch plastering, rendering, carpentry, and floor coverings.
  • Undertake surveys and produce scope of works to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including training, accreditation, and auditing.
  • Coordinate suppliers to maintain tools and equipment, and validate data within Timetrack and Aeromark.
  • Maximize production levels by controlling materials purchase and assisting with financial and budgetary controls.
  • Support the development and implementation of cost savings to the client.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a supervisory position and in a building fabric role.
  • City & Guilds / BTEC qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends, and travel to other regions within the UK or overnight stays.
