Are you an experienced Fabric Engineer looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you can really build on your commercial maintenance experience and be eligible for fully funded training and upskilling.

  1. Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of building services equipment, general maintenance duties as and when required.
  2. Carry out repairs to a variety of building services and demonstrate their competence to multi-skill outside their core trade, including minor plumbing works, building services maintenance, emergency light testing, PPM, reactive, weekly tests, and fabric duties.
  3. Undertake various tasks including general maintenance, installation, decoration, and basic plumbing.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in the commercial environment, in a carpentry/joinery role.
  2. Any building fabric qualification/diploma – Minimum Level 2.
