About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Legal department, you will play a crucial role in providing commercial and legal administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial and Legal Support: Provide administrative support to our Legal team, ensuring the delivery and management of all commercial and corporate contracts and processes.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Compliance and Research: Analyze legal provisions, carry out legal research using legal databases, and ensure business processes comply with regulatory developments.
  • Record Management: Enforce record management policies, coordinate file and database management, and maintain the contract repository.
  • Compliance and Governance: Track compliance with governance policies and targets, and respond to queries relevant to the role.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience of reviewing legal contracts essential, with a Law degree, GDL, LPC, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent organizational and attention to detail skills, and the ability to work independently with good time management skills.
  • Qualifications: Completed a module in Contracts Law with a good understanding of commercial contracts and legal principles.
