Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Warehouse operations, specifically for the late shift (2pm - 10pm).
In this role, you will collaborate with the Shift Management team to elevate overall standards, productivity, and team morale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the late shift, managing a team of up to 40 colleagues.
- Prioritize health and safety, ensuring a secure working environment for all team members.
- Encourage colleague engagement, motivation, and well-being.
- Assess staffing needs across various operational tasks and allocate workloads accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions or modifications to existing procedures.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
- Manage resources within budgetary constraints.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by improving pick accuracy and minimizing damage.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in leading teams within a logistics setting.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills and effective techniques.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data effectively.
- A hands-on approach to achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven capability to direct and coordinate operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
