Job Title: Legal Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our Private Client team. As the first point of contact for new enquiries, you will be responsible for managing the department's workload and providing administrative support to our Solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new enquiries and initial instructions from clients
  • Book and manage appointments for clients and fee earners
  • Undertake dictation notes and file closures
  • Liaise with clients and third parties
  • Receive and issue correspondence and mail
  • Check and work in accordance with task lists and diary reminders
  • Time record all work undertaken
  • Attend outside appointments as required
Requirements:
  • Adherence to Quality and Work Management Systems
  • Flexibility in support of other members of staff
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a friendly professional team environment
  • Presentable with excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workloads
