Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our Private Client team at CV-Library. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Private Client Solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional administrative support to our Private Client Solicitors, including managing their diaries, taking initial instructions from clients, and opening files through our Office Management System.
  2. Undertake dictation notes for fee earners, scan and file closures, and liaise with clients and third parties via phone and email.
  3. Ensure accurate time recording of all work undertaken and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
  4. Support the team in a friendly and professional manner, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor at all times.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a legal administration role, with a strong understanding of Quality and Work Management Systems.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  3. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  5. Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
