Job Title: Legal Administrator Contract Full Time

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our Private Client legal team on a permanent contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to our Private Client Solicitors, including managing diaries, booking appointments, and taking initial instructions from clients.
  2. Undertake tasks such as scanning, file closures, and correspondence management.
  3. Liaise with clients and third parties via phone and email.
  4. Ensure accurate time recording and reporting to fee earners and the head of department.
  5. Support the team in adhering to Quality and Work Management Systems.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Flexibility to support other members of staff as needed.
  4. Presentable with excellent telephone manner.
  5. Ability to work to deadlines and maintain a calm and consistent demeanor under pressure.
