Enterprise Mobility is seeking a highly skilled Customer Assistance Representative to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers via phone and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service via phone and in-person interactions
  • Build customer relationships and communicate effectively
  • Market the business and build long-term relationships
  • Manage customer requests and resolve issues
  • Work to deadlines and manage multiple administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals
Training and Development

We offer fantastic progression opportunities through our in-house training and development programs. You will have the chance to complete two training stages, with £500 bonuses on completion of each stage. Our training program will be around 10 months, and you will be assessed and accredited by your leadership team.

Additional Information

This role offers amazing development opportunities to get promoted to a Senior Customer Assistance Representative within 10-12 months. You will then have the opportunity to sign up to our Internal Development Programme, where you will learn about the wider business and gain hands-on training in areas such as Fleet Logistics, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
