Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Assistance Representative to join our team in Edinburgh. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support, working closely with internal and external customers to resolve queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless customer support
  • Manage multiple deadlines and administrative tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Training and Development

Location

The role is based in Edinburgh, with a 42.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.
