Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistance Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
