We are excited to be working with a family-run and growing plant hire business to recruit a Hire Controller to join their team.
As a Hire Controller, you will be taking orders, producing quotes for customers, and organizing plant hire and rental agreements. Strong customer service and administrative skills are essential to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Create and follow-up on all customer quotations, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Manage purchase orders, confirm orders with customers, and coordinate delivery with internal departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, delivering excellent service and support.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong customer service and IT skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using SAP or similar software would be beneficial.
- Previous experience as a Hire Controller, Sales Administrator, or in a similar role.
