As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and care to our young people, including assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and building positive relationships. You will also contribute to the planning and delivery of care plans, working closely with our clinical and business leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Experience working in the care sector or with children and young people
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to transport young people
  • Enhanced DBS check
