Role Summary:

As a Hearing Care Specialist, you will proficiently oversee clinics, deliver client-focused hearing solutions, and represent the values of Boots Hearingcare. Your primary goal will be to offer knowledgeable, confident, and supportive guidance to clients throughout their hearing care journey, recommending options from our extensive product range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct thorough hearing evaluations.
  • Safely execute BSA-recommended procedures.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Meet targets for appointment scheduling and sales.
  • Promote Hearingcare and stimulate in-store interest.
  • Fulfill personal development and continuing professional development (CPD) requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Consistent results in clinical audits.
  • Completion of CPD obligations.
  • Achievement of commercial objectives.
  • Strong understanding of audiological principles and proficient administrative skills.
