About the Role

Alice House Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Palliative Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of specialist palliative care, maintaining the highest possible standards of nursing care.
  • Work collaboratively with the Multi-professional Team to plan, implement, and assess the emotional, social, psychological, and physical needs of patients and their families.
  • Maintain clear and concise records of care to facilitate effective communication between team members.
  • Work flexibly across all clinical services in the Hospice to ensure the smooth running of patient care.
Person Specification
  • Registered Nurse (SRN, RGN, RN) with PIN membership NMC.
  • Understanding and awareness of issues relating to patients with specialist palliative care needs.
  • Ability to work as part of a Multi-professional Team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to personal development.
