About the Role
Alice House Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Palliative Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of specialist palliative care, maintaining the highest possible standards of nursing care.
- Work collaboratively with the Multi-professional Team to plan, implement, and assess the emotional, social, psychological, and physical needs of patients and their families.
- Maintain clear and concise records of care to facilitate effective communication between team members.
- Work flexibly across all clinical services in the Hospice to ensure the smooth running of patient care.

Person Specification
- Registered Nurse (SRN, RGN, RN) with PIN membership NMC.
