The Role
You will be responsible for preparing and presenting a range of breakfast menu items, both cold and hot, for our guests and non-residents enjoying breakfast in our restaurant or private dining rooms.
Reporting to the Head Chef, your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing cold food items for our comprehensive breakfast buffet.
- Cooking hot food items to order for guests.
- Completing advance preparation tasks where possible for the next breakfast service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station at the end of each shift.
- Providing clear handover information to the Chef for the following shift.
Requirements
- Proven experience in preparing breakfast dishes within a hotel or restaurant setting.
- A methodical and organized approach to ensure smooth breakfast service operations.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a positive and welcoming demeanor.
