About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Northern Ireland team as a Programme Support Officer. This exciting opportunity will enable you to develop your programme management experience and knowledge in the Energy Access sector, helping our vulnerable customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the smooth running of the Energy Saving Trust NI programme work, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
  • Administer the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP), including assessing payment claims, reviewing and analyzing interim reports, and other NISEP tasks.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and Energy Saving Trust staff in other offices.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative and numeric skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills and understanding of the importance of meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
