Lifting Operations Supervisor

About the Role
The Lifting Operations Appointed Person will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of lifting operations at our Clyde site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lift plans, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with LOLER and BS7121 regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lift plans, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations
- Ensure the deployment of competent supervision for all lifts and support the lifting operations manager in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) across operational areas
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with time, cost, and quality requirements and support audits as required by compliance, quality, or QHEQS departments
- Support the mentoring and coaching of all lifting work party members and ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in lifting/slinging operations and a strong understanding of LOLER and BS7121 regulations
