Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at Trinity Estates. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational running of our residential estates, ensuring high site standards and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the estate's communal areas and gardens to a high standard.
  • Supervise and manage contractors and service providers, ensuring all works are of a high quality and completed on time.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify repair requirements, health and safety risks, and security provisions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including budgets and task management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring excellent communication and timely responses to their queries and concerns.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of onsite staff, including task management, appraisals, training, and performance management.
  • Attend site and client meetings as required, providing updates and reports on estate performance and resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in the residential leasehold management sector, with a good understanding of building safety and industry-related legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and building safety, including M&E and communal heating systems.
