Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team as a Duty Pharmacy Manager. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the pharmacy team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the pharmacy's inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good working order.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as security and stock replenishment, to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for our customers and patients.
- Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items and maintain accurate records.
- Pharmacy degree and membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
