The Role:

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to be the primary point of contact for our customers. You'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing excellent service via email, calls, and live chats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via multiple channels
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance service delivery
