Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate outgoing mail and package collections, ensuring timely delivery and accurate customs documentation.
  • Ensure the secure disposal of sensitive documents and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Update customers on pricing changes and provide accurate information on embroidery pricing and processing.
  • Offer product suggestions and recommendations to customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Coordinate sample requests and manage showroom stock, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Commercial Director.
  • Provide administrative support, including responding to staff and customer inquiries, and managing orders for stationery and other office supplies.
Requirements
  • Fluent English speaker, with additional languages a bonus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
