About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Associate to join our team at Sparke Helmore. As a Claims Associate, you will play a key role in advising and representing employers on workplace matters, including unfair dismissals, general protections claims, discrimination claims, bullying, and harassment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and represent employers on workplace issues, including unfair dismissals, general protections claims, discrimination claims, bullying, and harassment.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to resolve workplace disputes and provide strategic advice on employment law matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of workplace issues.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of employment law and a proven track record of resolving complex workplace disputes. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
