Position Overview

As a People Operations Consultant at Christopher Keats Media Limited, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and dynamic workplace culture. Reporting to a dedicated Head of People, you will be part of a well-established team that is committed to delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in executing the people strategy, ensuring that all employees feel valued and included throughout their journey with the organization. You will provide comprehensive support across various aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with the Head of People and leadership to implement key people initiatives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with team members to effectively influence and drive change.
  3. Support the development of a fair and inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.
  4. Engage in face-to-face interactions, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  5. Enhance your generalist HR knowledge and become a subject matter expert in relevant areas.
  6. Contribute to the strategic agenda of the People Team, leveraging Centers of Excellence as needed.
  7. Demonstrate a solid understanding of employee relations, focusing on performance and conduct.
