Tate Recruitment, a prominent consultancy in the property sector, is in search of a committed People Operations Manager to provide a thorough HR service to the organization. In this independent HR role, you will be essential in fostering the company’s culture and values through the execution of people-centric initiatives. You will significantly contribute to the organization's success by aligning HR strategies with business objectives while continuously evaluating HR policies and processes to ensure best practices and maintain an engaged workforce. This is a full-time, office-based position with key responsibilities including:

  • Integrating company culture and values into all HR initiatives to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, offering expert advice on employment terms, legislative updates, and best practices.
  • Conducting regular reviews of all policies and procedures.
  • Formulating and executing HR policies and procedures to enhance performance and effectively resolve conflicts.
  • Managing complex employee relations matters with professionalism and empathy.
  • Overseeing the implementation of a new HR System to boost efficiency and accessibility to people-related data.
  • Establishing effective Learning and Development processes.
  • Leading recruitment initiatives, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Driving talent management and succession planning efforts to support long-term organizational growth.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and legal requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Managing employee benefits programs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • CIPD qualification, with approximately 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role within a dynamic environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a private or property-related consultancy or professional services sector is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to working 5 days on-site in the office.
