Our client is a prestigious consultancy firm with a committed HR division and a group of skilled professionals. In this position, reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will oversee a diverse array of duties with an emphasis on employee engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all employee engagement initiatives and coordinating wellness programs
- Supporting the Head of HR in mentoring junior HR staff
- Facilitating the effective execution of performance evaluations and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) initiatives
- Generating detailed reports on various HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover rates, recruitment trends, and HR financials
- Serving as the main point of contact for benefits administration and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) management
- Creating internal communication plans and conducting training sessions for employees
- Playing a pivotal role in organizing regular team-building events for the organization
- Ensuring adherence to legal requirements and delivering necessary training programs
- Managing return-to-work processes and visa applications, along with monthly payroll oversight
If you possess:
- A solid background in HR within consultancy environments
- Preferably a CIPD qualification
