About the Role:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist/CBT Therapist/Counselling Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to our psychological therapies team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to our psychological therapies team.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Conduct assessments and provide therapy to patients with a range of mental health conditions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in clinical psychology and CBT.
  • Contribute to the development of our mental health services and programs.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience working in a mental health setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in CBT and other evidence-based therapies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
