About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Switchboard Operator to join our team in the Liverpool office of a financial services firm. As a Switchboard Operator, you'll be at the forefront of our client's business, setting the tone for exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer care to incoming callers, identifying their needs and redirecting them to the appropriate client contact.
  • Ensure all calls are completed in line with the client's call approach, promoting a culture of service excellence.
  • Convey a positive attitude and professional first impression, while maintaining a high level of security awareness.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience managing a switchboard and handling a high volume of calls.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
