Beverage Service Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Beverage Coordinator to join our In-Room Dining team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their every need is met with a smile.
Key Responsibilities- Take food and beverage orders via phone from guests, adhering to high standards of quality and service.
- Provide efficient food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our In-Room Dining menu and beverage list to make recommendations and respond to guest requests.
- Work on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
