About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior staff, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
