About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Stanmore Insurance Brokers Ltd. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing them with expert advice and guidance.
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to ensure that clients receive the best possible insurance solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, growing our client base and increasing revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in legislation, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at A-C/4-9 level.
  • 2+ years of experience in the commercial insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
