**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Specialist to join our team at Stanmore Insurance Brokers Ltd. As an Insurance Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert advice and support to ensure they have the right insurance solutions for their business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the claims process
  • Work closely with our Commercial and dot2dot nursery insurance teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes to ensure clients receive the best possible advice

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at A-C/4-9 level
  • At least 2 years of experience in the commercial insurance sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and its products
