Job Title: Administration Assistant

Your new company, a healthcare business based in Brighton, is seeking a permanent Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting time to join the company as they are going through a period of growth due to their huge success in partnership with the NHS to provide specialist services.

Your New Role

Working in a team of 10, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling any inbound queries via phone and email, and maintaining patient records. Key duties include:

  • Ensuring all inboxes and phone services are monitored, and responses are accurate and efficient.
  • Updating company systems and accessing patient information and clinical data.
  • Communicating clinical outcomes with patients.
  • Liaising with consultants on any technical queries or patient concerns.
  • You will be handling confidential patient information in a sensitive and discreet manner while adhering to GDPR regulations.
What You'll Need to Succeed

You will be enthusiastic and highly motivated to provide support for a fast-growing business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, and you will be able to communicate in a sensitive and sympathetic manner via telephone and email. You will have the ability to organize your workload and adapt to process changes. The successful candidate will have previous administration and customer service experience from any industry.
