Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all documentation associated with cases, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound queries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Perform data entry, update customer records, and handle confidential information in line with GDPR.
  • Upload documents to the database, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience, including data entry, updating internal databases/systems, and responding to internal/external queries.
  • A positive mindset with the ability to adapt to change and pick up new processes.
