Nursery Office Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Office Manager to join our team at Blueberry Nursery School in Hove. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our nursery staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
About the Role:
- Working closely with the Nursery Manager to maintain high standards of administration and organisation
- Providing a warm and welcoming experience for parents and visitors
- Supporting the enquiry management process, including nursery tours and administrative tasks
- Managing staff ratios and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
About You:
- Excellent IT skills and experience of working with administrative systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience of working in a similar administrative role, preferably in an early years or school setting

- A competitive salary of £12.25-£14.13 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications
