We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager and AI Transformation Lead to join our Business Transformation department at Tokio Marine Kiln Insurance Services Limited. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Business Transformation and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic programmes and projects, including transformational AI and data analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Setup and Management: Lead the setup of new programmes with clearly defined objectives, scope, budget, and timeframe.
- AI and Data Analytics Delivery: Leverage skills in AI and data analytics to deliver AI transformation programmes and projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Executive Sponsors, Business Sponsors, Project Portfolio Manager, and IT stakeholders to ensure programmes and projects are mobilised and structured appropriately.
- Financial Management: Manage programme budgets and timing, monitoring expenditure and costs against benefits realised.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure maximum efficiency in the allocation of resources and skills within the project portfolio.
- Dependency Management: Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and other programmes/projects.
- Risk Management: Identify and propose mitigating plans to deliver successful programme outcomes.
- Communication and Change Management: Collaborate with Executive Sponsors and Business Sponsors to manage communications and change management with stakeholders across departments.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience delivering complex projects, including major programmes of work. They must also have a proven track record in delivering AI and data analytics projects, including automation of complex processes and data analytics. Good knowledge of technical change management principles and tools such as MSP and PRINCE2 would be beneficial.
