Strategic Leadership Opportunity at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital

We are seeking an experienced strategic leader to join our team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a key member of our Research Delivery Network, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering ambitious plans to establish a unified research organization across England.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert leadership to deliver service transformation, people change, and continual support for stakeholders and partners during times of transformation and change.
- Work closely with the Network Director and Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with national coordination and strategy.
- Manage and coordinate key RRDN services, including Study Support Service, Agile Research Support, and Commercial Services.
- Lead regional and national initiatives to support research delivery needs of the life sciences industry, including acting as a key account manager.
- Contribute to the oversight and development of RRDN business, financial, strategic development, and impact plans.
- Masters level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven leadership skills in the management of change, with experience in business planning and robust financial management.
