Strategic Leadership Role for East of England Research Delivery Network

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced strategic leader to join our team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As the Director of Research Delivery Network for the East of England, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering ambitious plans to establish the East of England Research Delivery Network.
Working closely with the Network Director and the Leadership Team, you will provide visible, dynamic, and effective senior leadership to the network. Your experience and skills in times of transformation and change will be essential in delivering service transformation, people change, and continual support for stakeholders and partners.
The network is hosted by the Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals NHS Trust and covers the East of England footprint. You will be responsible for managing a large budget, working in collaboration with regional R&D departments, and coordinating key RRDN services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic leadership and management of the Research Delivery Network
Budgetary management and financial planning
Collaboration with regional R&D departments and stakeholders
Coordination of key RRDN services, including Study Support Service, Agile Research Support, and Commercial Services
Requirements
Masters level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Proven leadership skills in the management of change
Proven interpersonal skills to work with clinical and management colleagues at all levels
