Strategic Leader for East of England Research Delivery Network

We are seeking an experienced strategic leader to join our team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital as the Director of Research and Development for the East of England Research Delivery Network. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of ambitious plans to establish the East of England RRDN, working closely with the Network Director and the Health and Care Directors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business plans to support the delivery of research and development activities across the East of England region.
- Lead the management and coordination of key RRDN services, including Study Support Service, Agile Research Support, and Commercial Services.
- Work closely with regional R&D departments to support the delivery of research studies and ensure research sites have an appropriate level of funding.
- Manage budgets and financial planning for the RRDN, including Excess Treatment Costs and Business Operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, clinicians, and researchers.
