Consultant Microbiologist and University Theme Lead

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Medical Microbiologist/Consultant in Infectious Diseases to lead undergraduate teaching at the Norwich Medical School, University of East Anglia. The successful applicant will work in a multi-disciplinary team and have a strong commitment to service development and teaching.
Main DutiesThe appointed consultant will spend up to 4 PAs of their allocated activities performing teaching commitments at the University of East Anglia. The remaining programmed activities will be spent at the Department of Microbiology. The post holder will participate in a single Rota for out of hours cover across Norfolk, resulting in an anticipated frequency of 1 in 8 at full capacity.
