Think Workforce is currently on the lookout for dedicated Complex Care Assistants or Healthcare Support Workers to join our team.

In these vital positions, you will provide essential assistance to our clients, helping them to enjoy fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities (Healthcare Support Worker):
  • Providing 1:1 support, accompanying service users to various activities
  • Assisting with personal care needs
  • Administering medication as required
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
  • Preparing meals
Qualifications (Healthcare Support Worker):
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in UK care settings (experience in complex care is preferred)
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism
  • Essential training in PEG feeding and dysphagia (certificate required)
Work Schedule:
  • Shifts from 8am to 8pm (Day/Night)
  • Options for sleep-in and waking night shifts
  • Day shifts from 8am to 2pm / 2pm to 8pm
Compensation:
  • PAYE
  • £13.15 per hour (Day/Night)
  • £11.40 per hour for sleeping hours
