Essential Qualifications
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • Proven experience in a nursing home or comparable environment, especially in elderly and dementia care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • A caring, empathetic nature with a sincere commitment to improving the lives of others
