About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with personal care, including toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Manage care plans and ensure residents receive the necessary care and support
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
Requirements
  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to achieve this qualification
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care and support to residents
