About the Role

The Head of Contract Management will be responsible for managing IT-driven portfolios of change. This involves building relationships with stakeholders and business partners to ensure effective management of assigned portfolios in alignment with the organisational strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage assigned portfolios by establishing and guiding the selection, prioritisation, balancing, and termination processes for portfolio components.
  • Assist decision makers with the review, prioritisation, and optimisation of the portfolio.
  • Ensure timely and consistent communication to stakeholders on progress, impacts, and changes associated with portfolio management.
  • Participate in relevant governance forums, agile ceremonies, and project meetings to ensure efficient and effective change delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of translating business analysis, requirements definition, and business case production into practical implementation.
  • Portfolio Management qualifications/experience.
  • Proven experience of project delivery.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycles, vendor management, and procurement.
  • Agile certifications and/or equivalent qualifications/experience.

This is a full-time post (35 hours per week) with an indefinite contract. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the team to achieve the organisational strategy.
