About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team.

In this role, you will manage smaller forums, virtual gatherings, and webinars, taking full responsibility for logistics, budgeting, and supplier coordination to deliver exceptional events.

Key Responsibilities:
As our Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing the logistical aspects of events, including speaker coordination, delegate management, venue oversight, and partner (sponsor) relations.
  • Managing the budget for each assigned event, updating estimates, handling purchase orders and invoices, and reporting any budget overruns.
  • Setting up webinars and virtual events on the platform, incorporating content and speakers.
  • Coordinating with venues for live events, providing them with setup, timing, and health & safety information, and collaborating with production companies to create stage designs.
  • Providing briefs to designers for event signage and branding plans, overseeing the process through to final approval.
  • Collecting post-event feedback to share in debrief meetings.
  • Attending events and supporting the team in delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout. This may require occasional travel and overnight stays.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Solid experience in delivering live events in a B2B context.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Understanding of financial processes related to invoicing, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach.
  • Experience in presenting event updates to stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to changes.
