About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Relationship Coordinator to join our team at HSJ Information Ltd. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional value to our sponsors and building strong, lasting relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sponsor Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for sponsors, ensuring excellent service, understanding their needs, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Sponsorship Deliverables: Coordinate the delivery of sponsor commitments, ensuring all branding, signage, and promotional activities are completed on time and to specifications.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide sponsors with regular updates and post-event reports detailing the fulfilment of their agreements.
  • Onsite Management: Lead all aspects of on-site sponsor activations, ensuring smooth execution in collaboration with the event team.
  • Materials Management: Keep sponsor logos and materials updated across all platforms within a week of contract signing.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, maintaining clear communication to deliver a seamless sponsor experience.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle records, budgets, and communications related to sponsor fulfilment.
Requirements
  • A solid background in project management and/or B2B event coordination, with a track record of successful delivery.
  • An excellent eye for detail.
  • An exceptional communicator, both in writing and speaking, with the ability to convey ideas persuasively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
  • A pro-active approach, showing initiative and a sense of ownership in your work.
  • A strong process-driven mindset.
  • Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience of working within the UK healthcare sector.
  • Understanding of Marketo (or similar), Salesforce (or similar).
