Job Title: Cluster Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts for both Novotel Leeds Centre and Novotel Sheffield. This role will involve working closely with the General Managers and hotel teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow business with existing and new clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, including corporate, leisure, and MICE clients, to ensure excellent customer service and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and networking.
  • Collaborate with the Accor Sales Network to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotels and build relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Develop and maintain sales contact lists and account information to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the hotel teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
