About the Role

The role of Administrator/Crisis Worker is a critical position in providing dedicated support and care to victims of sexual assault.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing telephone information and support to victims and their families.
  • Assisting in the administration and management process of adult or child patients visiting the centre, including preparing the patient and assisting in the collection of forensic evidence.
  • Supporting the use of the colposcope and medical care, providing advocacy support for the patient and/or family, and ensuring a patient-centred service.
