About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans to support individuals in crisis.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
  • Develop and implement effective interventions to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Provide specialist nursing advice and carry out nursing procedures as required.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of treatments and make adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
  • Professional registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience working in the relevant care group.
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs.
  • Experience conducting clinical assessments, including risk assessments.
